How it lives in the room

Keep a roller in the room

Watch the nap direction

Thickened metal slats rather than wooden ones on this frame. Metal does not warp with humidity and does not need replacing, but it does conduct cold; on an unheated bedroom floor a thin mattress will feel the slat lines on a winter morning until the room warms.
