Buying

Why does the Buy button take me somewhere else?

This site is the catalog. Stock, price and checkout live with the retail partner, and sending you to the live listing is the only way the price and availability you see are the ones you get.

Is the price here the price I pay?

It is the price that was current when this page was built (August 9, 2026). Furniture pricing moves with season and stock. The listing is authoritative.

Do you sell direct?

No. Everything ships through retail partners, which is also why delivery, returns and payment questions belong to them.

Beds and mattresses

Do I need a box spring?

No. Every Jocoevol frame with a slat system supports the mattress on its own. Adding a box spring raises the sleep surface by seven to nine inches and, on a storage bed, makes the headboard look short.

How far apart are the slats?

Under three inches on every frame in the line, which meets the requirement of every major foam and hybrid mattress warranty.

Will the drawers work against a wall?

Side drawers need their own width of clearance to open. If the bed sits in an alcove, choose a frame with a footboard drawer or a lift-up platform instead. The product page says which side each drawer opens on, and on most models the drawers can be built to either side.

What is the height under an LED headboard?

Listed on each product page. The strip runs inside a channel, so it lights the wall rather than your face, and the controller is on the frame within reach of the pillow.

Dressers and storage

How much does a drawer hold?

Between 25 and 35 lb on metal slides depending on the model — the figure is in the ledger on every product page. That is a full drawer of folded clothes with room to spare, and it is not a place for books.

Can I put a television on it?

On the wide dressers and sideboards, yes, within the stated top load. On a tall chest, no — not because of the load but because of the leverage.

Do the drawers come assembled?

Fabric drawers on the soft-storage units do. Wood-look drawer boxes are built from five panels during assembly; it is the longest part of a dresser build and the part worth going slowly on.

Dining

How many people really fit?

Allow 24 inches of table edge per person, and 36 inches of clear floor on every side for chairs and walking. Our table size finder does this arithmetic against the room you have.

Round or rectangular?

Round on a pedestal seats more people in less floor area and has no legs to straddle, which is why it wins in small rooms. Rectangular wins when the room is long, when the table sits against a wall, or when you want to extend it.

Are the chair sets the same height as the tables?

Yes. Every dining table in the line is 29 to 30 inches to the top, and every dining chair is 18 to 19 inches to the seat — the standard 11-inch difference.

Outdoor

Can patio furniture stay outside all year?

Frames yes, cushions no. Powder-coated steel and PE rattan handle weather; fabric that stays damp through a winter will not look the same in spring. Bag the cushions or bring them in.

Does a resin shed need a base?

Always. A level base — a concrete pad, paving slabs or a treated timber frame — is what keeps the doors aligned. On soft ground the floor flexes and the doors stop meeting, and no amount of adjustment brings them back.

Are the fire pit tables propane or wood?

Propane. The tank sits inside the base behind a door, and the tables ship with a lid so the surface works as an ordinary table when the burner is off.

Artificial greenery

Will it look fake?

Less than you expect, if you do two things: fan every branch outward when it comes out of the box, and put it where a real tree would go — near a window, not in a dark corner. The trunks on the olive and bird-of-paradise models are real wood.

Can they go outdoors?

Under cover, yes. In direct sun year round the foliage fades. Anything sold as UV-treated says so on the product page.

Do you sell replacement parts?

Yes, free within the warranty period. See Returns & Warranty.

Something is missing from my carton.

Mail [email protected] with the part number from the instruction sheet. Do not return the whole piece.

Can I get a swatch or a finish sample?

Not currently. Finishes are held consistent across collections, so the closest thing to a sample is a piece you already own from the same finish family.
