Everything about this table is about disappearing when it is not needed. Fully open it seats four for a meal; fold one side and it becomes a desk or an extension to a kitchen counter; fold both and it tucks into an entryway as a narrow console. The casters swivel a full 360 degrees and lock, the frame is alloy with reinforced hinges, and there are drawers plus two tiers of enclosed storage inside so the table carries its own contents from room to room.

How it lives in the room

Note the weight rating

This one is rated to 150 lb rather than the 220 lb of the larger model. That is ample for meals, a laptop and normal use — but it is the lower-rated version, and worth knowing if you intend to load it heavily.

Use the swivel

Full 360-degree casters mean the table can be spun in place rather than shuffled. In a tight kitchen, turning it to present the drawer to the door is genuinely useful.

Lock all four, not two

Locking half the wheels leaves the table pivoting around the locked pair, which feels worse than not locking at all. Do them all or none.
