Grey polypropylene is the choice for a floor that will see sun. It stays noticeably cooler underfoot than black, hides dust better than a light colour, and being rigid it takes the weight of furniture, a bike or a workbench without deforming. Rigid tiles cut straight and clean. Doing all the full tiles first and the cuts as a final border is faster and looks better than working row by row.
